The Company Behind the System

NLS Global is a Nassau, Bahamas-based organizational performance company established in 2020. We help schools, businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations strengthen consistency, accountability, engagement, and performance through practical implementation systems.


Our flagship solution, the RTR Performance System™, is a performance implementation system that helps teams build stronger accountability, improve follow-through, and sustain high performance under pressure.


The system was created by Nathan L. Sweeting, Founder & CEO of NLS Global, a speaker, organizational performance specialist, and former college instructor who has delivered more than 600 presentations, workshops, and training sessions across schools, corporations, conferences, and community organizations.


Nathan has also co-designed the Bahamas National Wellness Program Pilot and has worked across multiple industries in leadership, corporate wellness, training, and organizational performance. His personal journey of overcoming significant life challenges inspired the principles that ultimately became the foundation of the RTR Performance System™.
