The Company Behind the System

NLS Global is a Nassau, Bahamas-based speaking and coaching company established in 2020 to help individuals and organizations strengthen mindset, consistency, and performance through practical, implementation-focused frameworks.

The system was created by Nathan L. Sweeting, Founder & CEO of NLS Global, a Mindset Coach, Speaker, and former college instructor who has delivered more than 600 presentations across schools, corporations, conferences, and community organizations.


After overcoming major personal challenges - including losing 50 pounds, overcoming a fear of public speaking, and breaking free from cycles of self-sabotage - Nathan developed the same mindset principles that now form the foundation of the RTR Performance System™.
